Complete white-box and landlord turnovers for 1,000 - 10,000 SF retail, restaurant, and office spaces. We strip flooring, ceilings, walls, fixtures, HVAC diffusers, and lighting down to structure and slab, cap plumbing, and leave the space broom-clean and ready for the next tenant. Fast mobilization, dust control, life-safety stays on.

Surgical demo when you don't need a full gut. Demising walls, storefronts, bathrooms, kitchen equipment, FF&E, ACT grid and tile, gypsum, and flooring systems - VCT, carpet, quarry tile, and mastic down to concrete. We work around occupied spaces, protect existing finishes, and haul everything off-site in one mobilization.

Slab saw cutting, trenching, and concrete patching for electrical feeders and plumbing. We saw-cut with wet methods per Table 1, excavate, prep subbase, install vapor retarder and reinforcement,  dowels at 24" OC, and back-pour 4,000 PSI concrete aligned and level to existing slab. Includes slurry control and HEPA vac - ready for flooring.

Beyond interior guts, we take on heavy structural removal and site work — concrete planter demolition, parking garage barrier removal, sidewalk and slab demo, loading dock teardown, and crane-coordinated removal.  We handle traffic control, staging, equipment coordination, and debris disposal for complex exterior jobs that require more than manpower.
